The boys have been in a LEGO engineering class this semester and have LOVED it!! They learned a lot and had fun seeing the new things they'd be creating every week. They especially loved getting to use the motor.
They made a spinning platform.
We've been studying ancient civilizations in history and made our own Ishtar Gates.

We switched to a new math curriculum at the beginning of January. It is split into 2 books. I was super proud of Nathan working so hard to get through the first book in just 2 months!

Sometimes we start school before breakfast if everyone is awake and willing. It's nice to be able to knock one subject out early occasionally and have a little extra time later in the day for playing (or cleaning . . .)
