One Month With Logan

Since Logan was in the NICU the first week of his life these pictures are from weeks 2-4.

2 Weeks:
Nathan loved Logan so much from the minute we brought him home!
First bath at home!  We switched out his nasal cannula when we gave him his bath.  This meant we got to see his cute, chord free face for a few minutes!

3 Weeks:

4 Weeks:
The day before Logan's one month birthday we got the good news that he was ready to be without the oxygen!  We had him off of oxygen the night before but hooked up to a pulse oximeter that recorded his o-sat levels.  We turned the monitor in and the doctor analyzed the data.  He said he was doing great without it!  It was a little nerve wracking to not have the monitors reassuring us that he was doing okay.

1 Month:

These are from Logan's one month birthday.  I took one of his feet to show him completely chord free, but then I realized I didn't have one of his feet with the monitor.  He had a pulse oximeter sensor that wrapped around his foot up by his toes.  That had to be rotated between his feet every couple of hours or his monitor would beep at us and tell us his sensor was off.

  1. Aren't you so glad you don't have to have him all hooked up anymore?! You were so worried but you did marvelously!
