Happy 2nd Birthday Logan!

Happy 2nd Birthday to you, Logan!  Logan is such a fun little kid!  He loves playing with cars, trains, and superhero's.  He loves Nathan and loves playing with him.  For the most part they play pretty well together.  Logan is usually willing to share and is such a sweetheart.  He also loves Katelyn so much!  He loves playing with her and will bring her toys and help her drink her bottles.  He also likes to "switch" her bottles, so he'll "help" her take a drink and then he takes a drink. Haha!  He speaks in full sentences-which is kind of crazy for a barely 2 year old!  During his 2 year check up one of his developmental questions was "does he speak 2-3 word sentences?" Sometimes he'll spit out 7-8 word coherent sentences!  Logan has almost all of his teeth, he's just missing his 2 year old molars.  He is a pretty good eater and will eat pretty much anything.  Logan definitely feels his place as the "middle child" and is quick to let us know when he is not happy.  He is so snugly and loving though and just so so sweet.  We love our little Loki so much!

He kept singing Happy Birthday to himself and to other people all day!!

First thing in the morning we let Logan open up one of his presents.  He was so excited to see Buzz Lightyear!  Logan had a few friends over for a Superhero birthday party in the morning!  The kids loved playing, watching Toy Story and eating cupcakes!

After nap time I took Logan out for a one-on-one date.  We went to the outlet mall and then went to Kneaders for dinner.  Logan kept asking where Nathan and Katelyn were.  Poor kid very rarely goes anywhere without them!  Logan loved looking at the sugar cookies in the case as we were waiting to order.  He was so excited to get one!  He was also really excited for his chocolate milk and grilled cheese sandwich.  He kept dancing and laughing.  He was so cute!  It was so nice to get to spend time with him by himself!

After our date we had another little family party for Logan.  He loved his presents and loved getting to eat more cake/cupcakes!  

Logan had his two year check up and needed two shots.  He handled them like a champ.  During the check up while the nurse was asking me developmental questions Logan also got his birthday card from Meemaw and Papa and was excited to go to the store to spend his birthday money after going to the doctor.
