Our Trip to Colorado

Last week we took a weekend trip to Michael's mom and dads.  His brother's family were there visiting as well.  It was fun to have everyone together for a few days!

Even though it was very rainy all weekend we were able to take advantage of the brief periods of sunshine by walking to a nearby park.  Nathan had a lot of fun crawling and trying to walk around.  He learned that he can climb up slides while there.  He loved the park!

The pictures on the left are from the drive there.  He did so well in the car!  The middle picture is from an outside mall we went to in Boulder.  It was a really pretty area.  The top right is Nathan meeting his cousin, Emma.  The bottom two pictures are from CU Boulder.

Nathan had a hard time sleeping while we were in Colorado for various reasons.  This picture is from when we got home and he finally got to sleep in his own bed!!
He was so funny when we got home!  He crawled around laughing and dragging his bag of blocks around.  It was adorable.  I think he was relieved to be out of the car and in a familiar place again.

This was from the next day when I was unpacking.  He pushed the suitcase over to the book case, got a book, and sat down to read.  He cracks me up!
