Thanksgiving Point and Manila Creek Pond

Since Michael is taking Summer classes he's home a lot more during the day.  He uses the mornings to study and do homework.  It works out pretty well because he can study while Logan naps and Nathan and I can have special outings or run errands.  One of our outings was to the Dinosaur Museum at Thanksgiving Point.  Nathan took his dump truck with him and had fun playing with it in the sand at the end of the museum.
For FHE we met up with Jessica and Gared at Manila Creek Pond.  The water was a little cold but that didn't stop Nathan from getting all the way in.  Logan wasn't as big of a fan of the water but he did like eating and playing in the sand!
We were supposed to go see the farm animals when we went to the Dinosaur Museum, but it was rainy and windy out.  Ever since the Dinosaur Museum Nathan has been asking to go see the farm animals.  We finally made it a few days ago.  He was so cute!  He said "hi" and "bye" to all of the animals.  He was so excited to ride the horses he tried to sneak into the ring where they have them tied up.  He loved riding the horses when it was his turn.  He said "giddy up, let's go!" Then we went on a wagon ride, which he also had fun on.  I really like that we can still have some one on one time.
