We went to the beach the day after we got to California. It was so much fun! The water was a little cold but that didn't stop Nathan, or anyone else, from running right in. Nathan loved it so much! It didn't seem to bother him when the waves hit him. He loved being buried in the sand. But mostly he loved running and chasing away the seagulls. Uncle Daniel taught him to say, "Go away birds!" and it was the cutest thing ever! Unfortunately for him his little legs are not the fastest. I think he spent a good 5 minutes following the same bird around. He was so stinkin' cute! Logan wasn't the biggest fan of being outside in the sunshine at first but Papa got him calmed down and he spent a lot of time hanging out, smiling and chatting with Papa in the sun tent.
