Pool Day!

We went swimming with one of Nathan's church friends and his family. It was so much fun! The kids had a blast swimming, running and jumping in the pool and playing! I'm so bummed that we didn't become friends with them until the month before we moved!!

So relaxed!!

 While we were at the pool we heard so many sirens going by. We had decided to leave our phones at home because we were going to the pool and didn't need them. When we got home we discovered that our neighbor's garage had caught on fire and the firemen had to cut through our garage to make sure the fire hadn't spread. We had so many messages from concerned neighbors that had tried to get a hold of us. :/  Luckily the fire had not spread and our car and everything in our garage was fine. Just a bit smokey. But also luckily we were able to wash things down and air them out before we had to load them into our moving truck. However, unluckily while we were trying to air them out and figure out if the smoke smell was gone was during the time with all of the fires and horrible air quality and outside just kind of smelled smokey any way. :/ It all worked out in the end.
